- Selection of right equipment for related Project taking into account the Site conditions as to achieve maximum efficiency and Project economics without comprising on the quality.
- Turn key Project execution on Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) basis on Built Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) / Built Operate Transfer (BOT) and Built Own Operate maintain (BOOM) models.
- Realistic Mile Stones and Construction Schedule are fixed to for each work on completion of activity or on the basis of achievement of salient level/features as per drawing. Mile Stones help achieving the targets and further helps to keep a check on progress of work as to avoid delay in the Project, liquidated damages or any other charges levied for non achievement of milestones.

- Monitoring of the Project on weekly/fortnightly basis of each work and corrective measures taken to make up the short falls as to achieve the deadlines and successful commissioning of the Project(s).
